Garages to Rent in Wirral

We rent out safe and secure garages across Wirral. You can rent one whether you are a Magenta customer or not. You can choose to pay weekly or monthly.

We have just under 2,000 garages. Some are inside gated areas which offer extra peace of mind.

Garages are in lots of local neighbourhoods, including:

  • New Brighton

  • Bromborough

  • Woodchurch

  • Eastham

  • Moreton

  • Bebington

  • Heswall

Most garages are around 15ft by 8ft, which is a good size for extra storage.

Following a review, and after checking HMRC rules, some garages now include VAT. This depends on how far the garage is from your home.

  • £13.32 per week (no VAT) - If the garage is less than 200 yards from your home.

  • £15.98 per week (with VAT) - If the garage is more than 200 yards from your home, VAT is added at 20 percent.

If you are not a Magenta Living customer and you own your home, HMRC says VAT must be added.

The current weekly cost for home-owners is £15.98 plus VAT.

When you apply, we will confirm the correct price in your offer letter.

Applying for a garage

Applications for garages are currently closed as our waiting list is full. When applications reopen, anyone aged 18 or over will be able apply once, as we can only offer one garage per person.

Shops and Offices to Rent in Wirral

Magenta also owns a number of shops and small commercial units across Wirral.

We do have some empty units, but these are not ready to let yet. When a shop or office becomes available, we will:

  • Share it on our social media channels
