Magenta Living is Wirral’s biggest social landlord. We are proud to be part of the local community. We started here, and Wirral will always be our first home. But we also work in places outside Wirral, because the people who live there matter to us too.
Our story began in 2005. We were created when Wirral Council transferred its homes to a new organisation called Wirral Partnership Homes. Later, we changed our name to Magenta Living. This new name shows our ambition to put customers first, support local needs, and create chances for people that go further than housing.
Today, we provide good quality, affordable homes. We also help people live independently. But our work is about more than buildings. We work with partners, invest in neighbourhoods, and share ideas so customers, colleagues, and communities can succeed.
Everything we do is guided by our value: Doing the Right Thing. Our purpose is to empower people. This makes Magenta Living more than a housing provider. We want to open doors to homes full of love, communities full of life and a world full of possibilities for everyone.
