We are committed to making our website as accessible and inclusive as possible, so people can find information, understand it easily, and take action without barriers.

How accessible this website is

We aim for this website to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
This means you should be able to:
  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings

  • zoom in up to 300 percent without the text spilling off the screen

  • navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software

  • listen to most of the content using a screen reader

Where we are improving

We know some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to improve these areas.
For example:
  • some older documents may not work well with screen readers

  • some images may not yet have clear alternative text

  • some third party content may be harder to navigate

Easy Read

Easy Read information uses; Short sentences clear headings, simple words and helpful images. This format can help if you find long or detailed text difficult to read or understand.

Large print

Large print uses bigger text and clearer spacing to make information easier to read.
If you need a specific font size, tell us what works best for you.

Audio

We can provide information as audio so you can listen instead of read.
This can be helpful if you have a visual impairment, find reading difficult, or simply prefer to listen.

Braille

Braille versions of some documents are available on request.
Let us know what information you need and we will arrange this for you.

Different languages

If English is not your first language, we can provide information in other languages where possible.
We can also arrange interpreting support for some appointments or conversations.

Digital and online formats

We aim to make our digital information as accessible as possible.
This includes; Clear layouts, plain language, content that works with screen readers.
