Swapping your home is for people who want a bigger or smaller home as your needs change, or who want to relocate to another part of the country.
Once you've registered on the HomeSwapper website, you can search both locally and across the whole country to see if anyone is interested in doing a mutual exchange with you.
If you find someone, contact us to see if you are eligible by calling our Contact Centre on 0808 100 9596 or emailing contactus@magentaliving.org.uk.
If you are eligible, the rest of the process will be handled through our Neighbourhood Management team in the usual way.
