Here you can find out more about our latest housing developments, projects in progress and our future plans, including new homes in Wirral, Halton and Cheshire West and Chester.

We’re committed to building more highquality, affordable homes for our communities. Our goal is to build at least 1,300 new homes by 2030 through our development programme, with further new homes planned so we can support even more people in the years ahead. These new homes will help meet local housing needs, offer modern and energyefficient living, and strengthen neighbourhoods across the areas we serve.
