We have a number of support services to help people of all ages in all sorts of circumstances. We aim to enable you to maintain your independence by giving you the extra help you may need.
We provide a quality Sheltered Housing service, which enables older and disabled residents to live independently. We have Sheltered Schemes throughout Wirral.
Sheltered Schemes provide a safe and secure community, with plenty of social activities you can get involved in, such as bingo, chair based exercises, quiz nights, day trips plus more.
We have three flagship sites, Brackendale, Sunningdale and Barncroft, which are community hubs where tenants can access onsite services such as a hairdressers, chiropodist and holistic therapies.
We provide Extra Care and Support Schemes to enable you to have maximum independence and quality of life. Care and support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The care is tailored to your individual needs.
These apartments are allocated to those who are registered on the Common Housing Register, followed by an assessment to determine the level of care each person needs.
We provide accommodation for people with particular needs, such as learning disabilities, mental health issues or physical disabilities.
We work with social workers and care agencies to identify people with learning disabilities who may benefit from this specialist accommodation. The types of accommodation include large shared homes and independent accommodation with housing support. If you are interested, you should contact your social worker, Department of Adult Social Service in Wirral or Adult Social Care Service in Cheshire West and Chester.
