Our team will be out and about visiting local communities – this is a great chance for customers to meet members of the Magenta Living team, ask questions, raise any concerns and tell us what matters most in your area.
We’ll be looking at what’s working well, identify any issues and listen to your feedback. Whether you want to talk to us about your community, safety, support, environmental issues or ideas for improving your where you live, we’d love to hear from you.
You don’t need to book an appointment. If you see us out and about, please come and say hello. Our colleagues will be happy to answer questions, listen to your views, help us identify issues and help point you in the right direction if you need support.
