At Magenta Living, tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) is one of our key priorities. Every report we receive represents someone who needs support, reassurance and action – and we’re here to listen and to make sure customers know where to turn for help.
Why reporting ASB matters
ASB can have a real impact on how safe people feel in their homes and communities.
But we know that many incidents go unreported, which means people aren’t always getting the support they need.
Reporting ASB helps us to:
Understand what’s happening in your area
Put the right support in place
Take action where needed
Prevent problems from getting worse
The impact of ASB:
1 in 4 people say ASB has made them feel unsafe in their local area
1 in 7 say it has negatively impacted their mental health
1 in 10 people have been forced to move home due to ASB
More than half (57%) of victims and witnesses do not report ASB at all
Across the UK, there are millions of ASB incidents each year, many of which go unreported
No issue is too small. If something is affecting you or your community, it’s important to let us know.
