Your feedback will help us shape the final policy before it is agreed and put in place.
This policy explains how Magenta Living will work with customers to keep neighbourhoods, communal spaces and parking areas safe, clean, accessible and welcoming for everyone. It also sets out the responsibilities of both Magenta Living and customers in helping to maintain these shared spaces.
Because this policy affects the communities where people live, it's important that it's clear, fair and easy to understand, and that it reflects the needs and experiences of our customers.

Why We're Asking for Your Feedback
This is a draft policy, and we want your input before anything is finalised.
The policy sets out how we will manage communal spaces, neighbourhoods and parking areas across our communities, and what customers can expect from us. It also explains the role residents play in helping to create clean, safeand welcoming places to live.
We want to make sure the policy:
Is written in plain English and easy to understand
Clearly explains what customers can expect from Magenta Living and what we expect from customers
Covers the issues that matter most to customers
Sets fair and reasonable standards for neighbourhoods, communal spaces and parking areas
Supports safe, clean, accessible and welcoming communities
Reflects the needs and experiences of the people who live in our homes
Includes all the information customers feel is important
By taking part in the consultation, you'll help us identify anything that is unclear, missing or could be improved.
Your feedback will directly shape the final version of the policy before it is approved and introduced.
