Why We're Asking for Your Feedback
Having colleagues with the right skills, knowledge and experience is important in making sure we provide the best possible service to our customers.
Our Competence and Development Policy sets out how we support colleagues to develop and maintain these throughout their time at Magenta Living.
We want to make sure the policy:
Is clear and easy to understand
Explains how we support colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge
Sets clear expectations for colleagues
Supports colleagues to provide good-quality services
Reflects the needs of our customers and communities
