We want to make sure the policy clearly explains what leaseholders can expect from Magenta Living and the responsibilities of both Magenta Living and leaseholders.

Is clear and easy to understand
Clearly explains Magenta Living’s and leaseholders’ responsibilities
Gives leaseholders a meaningful opportunity to have their say on decisions that affect them
Clearly explains service charges and how disputes can be raised
Supports the effective maintenance of buildings and estates
Clearly explains major works, associated costs and financial arrangements
Provides clear information about improvements, lease breaches and access requirements
Gives prospective leaseholders enough information about their rights, responsibilities and potential costs
By sharing your views, you’ll help us identify anything that is unclear, missing or could be improved.
