Help Shape How We Share Information with Customers
We're inviting customers to have their say as we prepare for the new Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs).
These new requirements are designed to help social housing customers access more information about their landlord. Before any changes are introduced, we want to understand what information matters most to our customers and how they'd like us to share it.
Your feedback will help us shape our approach and ensure the information we provide is useful, accessible and relevant to the people who live in our homes.
Why We're Asking for Your Feedback
We're carrying out this consultation to better understand:
What information customers would most like access to
How customers would prefer information to be presented
How often customers would expect information to be updated
How much information customers would like Magenta Living to make available beyond regulatory requirements.
Your views will help us develop an approach that meets customer needs while supporting greater openness and transparency.
