Help Shape The Tenants’ Voice

Magenta customers are being invited to help shape an exciting new digital platform designed to support social housing tenants.

The Tenants’ Voice is a new project being developed in partnership with housing and research organisations to help tenants better understand their rights, access clear guidance on housing issues, communicate more effectively with their landlord and feel more confident about raising concerns.

The project team is currently in the first phase of development and wants to hear directly from tenants about their experiences. Feedback gathered at this stage will help shape how the platform works and make sure it reflects the real needs of the people who may use it.

Participants are encouraged to share their views on:

  • The challenges they face when trying to get help.

  • What makes communication with landlords difficult.

  • The information, guidance or support they would find most useful.

There are several ways to get involved, including surveys, questionnaires, feedback sessions, discussion groups and workshops. The project team is keen to hear from a wide range of housing association tenants with different experiences and backgrounds.

By taking part, tenants can help create a tool that could make it easier to explain housing issues, improve access to information about tenant rights and ensure tenant voices are heard from the very beginning of the design process.

As a thank you for taking part, participants who complete the survey will have the opportunity to enter a draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher.
