We’re proud to share that Magenta Living has been shortlisted for Employer of the Year at both the Inside Housing Women in Housing Awards and the Housing Heroes Awards, chosen from more than 300 entries.
This recognition reflects a journey we’ve been on together, keeping customers at the heart of everything we do while creating a workplace where colleagues feel supported, listened to and able to do their best work.
It’s about a shared commitment to doing the right thing for our customers, our communities and each other.
Over the past year, we’ve continued to focus on creating a positive and inclusive culture. This includes being a menopause positive organisation, exploring how AI can help colleagues work more effectively and improve outcomes for customers, and listening to feedback from colleagues and taking action where it matters most.
The awards celebrate leaders, innovators and changemakers across the housing sector, shining a light on the incredible work carried out by teams and individuals.
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Monday 22nd June 2026, taking place alongside Housing 2026 at Manchester Central.
