How to register -  

  • Existing MyMagenta users: you’ll need to register again, as we’re moving to a brand new platform.

  • Email address: please use the email address that matches the one on your customer account to register.

  • Tenancy reference: you’ll need your tenancy reference. You can find this on your most recent annual rent notification letter. If you can’t find it, don’t worry, we’ll be emailing you your tenancy reference and a link to register when the new portal is ready.
