Interim Chief Executive

Keith has over 40 years’ experience working in the housing sector. The last 17 of these have been as director of his own consultancy where he has held senior management and consultancy roles with a number of ALMOs, Local Authorities and Registered Providers and has worked in all parts of the UK. As well as delivering improvements at a strategic level, Keith also has considerable experience of Housing and Asset Management, developing new homes and working closely with stakeholders.  

Keith has been a board member of two Registered Providers and is currently a charity trustee. Alongside his work in the housing field, Keith spent 33 years serving in various roles within the Army Reserve.

Executive Director of Finance

Ann joined Magenta Living in December 2019 having formerly held Finance Director posts in both the private and public sector in pharmaceuticals, museums and galleries, logistics and education.  Ann brings a broad range of experience in change management, financial control, governance and strategic management to support Magenta Living in the delivery of our strategy as we continue to invest in the organisation.

Ian has recently joined Magenta Living having formerly worked at IFM Bolton. Ian brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be key as we move forward in terms of continuing to invest in our current and future homes through our active asset management strategy.

Executive Director of Customer Experience

Jayne has had a varied housing career and has worked across the whole of the North West. She was originally an Environmental Health professional, and it was an early interest in public health and social conditions that led to a career in housing.







Paul Anson Paul Anson

Executive Director of Business Growth & Resilience

Paul has over 20 years experience working in various parts of Britain in regeneration and housing. His involvement in business development began in 1996. Paul has since worked on a range of competitive and commercial activities, including six stock transfers, four housing PFI projects and five mergers.
