Our Executive Leadership Team
Meet the team ensuring Magenta Living delivers its strategic objectives of Providing, Diversifying, Adding and Leading by example, introducing you to Brian, Patrick, Jayne and Paul.
Brian has worked in housing for a number of local authorities and housing associations at different levels for over 30 years. Brian leads the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for developing the strategic direction of the company by working with the Board and staff.
Deputy Chief Executive and Company Secretary
Patrick has over 30 years experience of working in social housing. He is a qualified accountant by profession, being a member of the Charted Institue of Management Accountants and of the Charted Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy. Patrick is also a Board Member of the Wirral Chamber of Commerce.
Executive and Strategic Director
Jayne has had a varied housing career and has worked across the whole of the North West. She was originally an Environmental Health professional, and it was an early interest in public health and social conditions that led to a career in housing.
Director of Business Growth and Resilience
Paul has over 20 years experience working in various parts of Britain in regeneration and housing. His involvement in business development began in 1996. Paul has since worked on a range of competitive and commercial activities, including six stock transfers, four housing PFI projects and five mergers.
