Naylor Road Development

Here's an update on the upcoming changes at Naylor Road. We understand that this is a significant change for the area, and we're committed to keeping you informed and involved throughout the process.

Following demolition, we'll begin preparing for the redevelopment of the site. Key milestones include:

• Drop In Event: We're planning a drop in event in October 2025 to hear your views and ideas. We will share more details about this event closer to the time. Your input is important to us.
• Planning Submission: We intend to submit a planning application to Wirral Council in January 2026.
• Start on Site (SOS): Dependent on the outcome of our planning submission, construction is anticipated to begin early 2027. We will provide an update once the planning decision has been issued.

We'll continue to share updates as plans progress and timelines become clearer.

To support safety in the area, we've installed two CCTV cameras at either end of Naylor Road. These are monitored 24/7 by our control room at Magenta Living's main office in Birkenhead. The cameras have already helped reduce fly-tipping and anti-social behaviour, and we'll continue to monitor and respond to any concerns.
