Customer Voice: Launching Magenta’s Annual Customer Survey!

We really value customer feedback, and we're launching our annual customer survey. The survey is being delivered by an independent company called 'The Harris Poll UK' and is totally anonymous and confidential - no one at Magenta will be able to see any individual answers. They will contact around 1,000 Magenta customers, selected at random. This will be done by phone call or through an email link. There may be optional questions, but you can choose to skip these if you don't wish to answer them.
We are keen to understand the experience received by you, our customers by asking to provide feedback about us, the services we provide and any areas that need improving, whilst also helping to shape future services. The survey will be live from Wednesday, 1st October 2025 to Tuesday, 21st October 2025.
As a thank you for completing the survey, you will have the option at the end to be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Amazon e-voucher or one of three £50 Amazon e-vouchers.
The answers that are provided will be used to calculate the annual Tenant Satisfaction Measures, which have been introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing. The survey findings will share how well we're doing compared to other housing providers. As part of this survey, we would also like to know more about our customers so we can really understand them, and this will help design services and meet customers' needs.
