We're pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Lomas as our permanent Chief Executive Officer.
Andy joined Magenta Living in April 2023 as Chief Operating Officer and stepped into the interim CEO role in June 2025. With over 30 years' experience in the housing sector - including more than a decade at Director and Managing Director level - Andy brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our organisation.
His appointment follows a thorough external recruitment process, with input from our Board, colleagues and customers. It was important to us that everyone had a voice in this decision.
Ged Lucas, Chair of our Board, said, Andy has shown steady and thoughtful leadership since joining Magenta Living. He's helped us navigate change and kept us focused on what matters most - our customers and communities. The Board is confident that Andy's approach and understanding of our organisation will support our direction and help us deliver on our ambitions.

Andy's appointment comes at a pivotal time, as housing providers respond to new regulatory standards including the Decent Homes Standard and Awaab's Law. His leadership will be key to delivering our strategic plan - focused on transforming culture, improving customer experience and building communities.
