Have Your Say: Help Shape Our Customer Needs Policy

We're reviewing our Customer Needs Policy and would love to hear your thoughts. Your experiences help us understand what matters most to you and how well we support your individual needs and circumstances.   

Our aim is to make sure our Customer Needs Policy is clear, fair and has additional information that we feel will help customers understand the policy. By completing a short survey, you'll help us: 

  • Check that the policy is clear.  
  • Ensure our approach makes you feel informed and supported. 
  • Confirm we provide enough information about what to expect.  
  • Identify and remove any barriers. 


Your feedback will help us make sure the policy is easy to understand and reflects your experience as a Magenta customer and you'll be helping us improve our services for you and other customers. 

How to Take Part

We're asking customers to share their views through a short and anonymous survey on Magenta Voice.

How to complete the survey

1.  Visit Magenta Voice: https://magentavoice.org.uk

2. Log in or create an account  

  • If you're new to Magenta Voice, select Register  
  • You'll receive an email to confirm your registration - please check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive! Confirm your registration to get started!

3. Once logged in, follow the link to the Customer Needs Policy Survey

4. Answer the questions and submit your feedback  

It only takes a few minutes, and all responses are completely anonymous.

  • Opens: Friday 27th February 2026 
  • Closes: 4pm, Friday 6th March 2026  


Every participant will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £20 Love2Shop vouchers.
