Have Your Say: Help Shape Our Garage Allocations Policy

Do you currently rent a garage from Magenta Living? We'd love to hear your views.  

We're reviewing our Garage Allocations Policy and want to make sure it is clear, fair and supportive for everyone. The policy currently covers:  

  • How we allocate garages  
  • Our offer process and why we operate this way  
  • Garage rents, how to pay, and VAT requirements


As part of this review,  we're planning to include clearer information about paying for your garage, what happens if you miss a payment, and how the succession process works.  

Your feedback will help us make sure the policy is easy to understand and reflects your experience.   

How to Take Part  

We're asking customers to share their views through a short and anonymous survey on Magenta Voice.    

Before completing the survey, please take a moment to look at the policies below:  

How to complete the survey

  1. Visit Magenta Voice : https://magentavoice.org.uk  
  2. Log in or create an account                                            
    • If  you're new to Magenta Voice, select Register  
    • You'll receive an email to confirm your registration - please check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive 
  3. Once logged in, follow the link to the Garage Allocations Policy Survey  
  4. Answer the short questions and submit your feedback  


It only takes a few minutes, and all responses are completely anonymous.

Survey Details  

  • Opens: Tuesday 24th February 2026
  • Closes: 4pm, Monday 9th March 2026   


Every participant will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £20 Love2Shop vouchers .
