Your safety is our priority. We're reviewing our Hazards in Your Home Policy and would really value your feedback.
This policy explains how we identify, prioritise and deal with hazards in your home and shared areas. Because it relates to health and safety, it's important to us that the policy is clear, fair and reassuring, and that it makes sense to the people who live in our homes.
By sharing your views, you'll help us understand what works well, what could be clearer, and how we can improve the way we communicate and deliver this service.
Why We're Asking for Your Feedback
The Hazards in Your Home Policy sets out how we manage safety and health risks. These can include things like:
- Damp and mould
- Heating not working, putting you at risk of being too cold
- Urgent repairs that make a home unsafe, such as exposed electrical wiring
- No water supply or not being able to use a working toilet
We want to make sure our approach and communication feel clear and supportive. By completing a short survey, you'll help us:
- Check that the policy is easy to understand
- Understand whether our approach makes you feel informed and reassured
- Test whether information about safety, timescales and next steps is clear
- Identify where explanations could be improved or simplified
- Make sure the policy reflects customers' needs and experiences where possible
Your feedback will help shape how the policy is communicated and applied in practice, while still meeting our legal responsibilities.

- You'll receive an email to confirm your registration - please check your junk folder if it doesn't arrive
- Once logged in, follow the link to the Hazards in Your Home Policy Survey
- Answer the questions and submit your feedback
The survey only takes a few minutes, and all responses are completely anonymous.
