Magenta in Bloom 2026: Entries are now open
It's garden competition time Magenta Living is calling all green-fingered tenants.
Magenta in Bloom is back for 2026 and we're inviting you to get involved and show off your outdoor spaces.
Whether you have a carefully planted garden, a collection of pots or hanging baskets, or help to look after a shared or community garden, this year's competition is open to you!
There are a wide range of categories to make sure everyone has a chance to take part, whatever type of space you have.
You can enter as many categories as you like, but please note that only one entry is allowed per category.
Categories include:
- Overall Garden - the overall winner of Magenta in Bloom 2026
- Communal Garden - a shared garden space maintained by Magenta customers
- Front Garden - a garden visible from the street
- Community Garden - a garden created and cared for by a local community group
- Back Garden - a rear garden
- Wildlife Garden - a garden designed to support wildlife and encourage biodiversity
- Biggest Garden Transformation - a garden showing the greatest improvement or change
- Outdoor Wellness Garden - a garden designed to promote wellbeing, relaxation or mindfulness
- Hanging Baskets - hanging or vertical planting displays
There are also some great prizes available for this year's competition. Category winners will each receive a £150 B&Q voucher, with £50 B&Q vouchers awarded to selected runners up.

The closing date for entries is Friday 14th August 2026. Winning gardens will be announced at an awards event taking place in September.
