Magenta Living is Recruiting a New Chief Customer Officer

We want to let you know about an important change at Magenta Living. We are beginning the recruitment of a Chief Customer Officer, a new role that will help us make sure customers are represented at every level of the organisation.

This role will replace our Chief Operations Officer. It reflects our commitment to put customers and communities at the heart of every decision we make.

Why we are making this change

At Magenta, our purpose is simple. We want to empower people and always do the right thing. As part of our transformation, we are strengthening how we listen to customers, how we shape services, and how we make improvements that matter to you.

The Chief Customer Officer will:

  • Lead our customer and community strategies.
  • Make sure customer experience is at the centre of every service we provide.
  • Use customer insight to support continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with our property and investment teams so services feel joined up and easy to access.

This role supports our Road to 2030 plan and our ambition to improve satisfaction across our communities.

Customer representation in the recruitment process

To make sure customer experience is represented in this important decision, Sean Yewdale, a Magenta Living tenant, Chair of our involved customer panel MCCC, and a member of our Board, will take part in the recruitment panel.

Sean's role reflects his position within our governance structure. This is not a wider opportunity for customers to join the panel.

We will share an update once the recruitment process is complete.
