Magenta Living is proud to be the headline partner of this year's FLIPIM event, bringing together organisations who care about the future of places and the people who live in them.
As an anchor organisation and place maker, Magenta Living has a long term commitment to the neighbourhoods we serve across Wirral and the wider City Region. We are rooted in place, connected to communities and focused on creating environments where people feel heard, supported and proud of where they live.
FLIPIM reflects these shared values. It creates space for meaningful conversations about how places are shaped, how partnerships work and how, by working together, we can make a lasting difference.
Being an anchor organisation means being there for the long term. It means taking responsibility for the places we are part of and working alongside communities, partners and local organisations to support neighbourhoods through change, challenge and opportunity.
At Magenta Living, this commitment is backed by action. We are investing £166 million in our existing homes and looking ahead to 2030, we plan to build 1,300 new homes.
As a place maker, our focus is not just on new homes, but on how they fit into the wider neighbourhood and contribute positively to the places around them. Creating great places cannot be done alone.
