As a Magenta Living customer, your feedback really matters and helps us understand your needs, helping us to improve your overall experience with us.
Earlier this year we launched Magenta Voice, our customer involvement and engagement platform which has been really successful. We've seen hundreds of Magenta customers join the community to help shape services, review policies and guide neighbourhood projects, making sure your voice drives real change.
We want to thank everyone who has signed up to Magenta Voice and took part in a survey, poll or project that has really helped us shape how we do things here at Magenta.
Since its launch, we've had some great success stories and here's a round-up of the projects that customers have been involved in and changed through Magenta Voice during the year:

Another popular project was the website review survey...
We asked customers to share their views on the design and features of our new website. To gather feedback, we hosted an in-person workshop where customers discussed how the site should look, what improvements could be made, and the content they would like to see included.
In addition, we ran an online survey to give more customers the chance to share their thoughts. We've now collected this valuable feedback and will be working closely with our website partner, Spingdogs, to develop the new website in line with what our customers told us. Look out for updates about this in the New Year.
Coming Up in 2026...
- Fire Safety Policy Review - our policy helps us to follow guidelines and legislation to help keep our customers safe. We'd love to get your feedback to make sure our policy is clear, feels fair and is transparent.
- Gas Safety Policy Review - our policy ensures we are keeping customers safe and follows legislation. Your input will help us strengthen the policy and ensure it reflects the needs and expectations of our customers.
- Grounds Maintenance Policy Review - sometimes we may need to access to homes to carry out essential tree and grounds maintenance to ensure areas remain safe and well-maintained. As part of the policy review we want to understand if our communication is clear, customers feel well informed and, if any improvements could be made.
