Have your say on our Grounds Maintenance Policy Review Survey
From time to time, we may need to access customer's homes to carry out essential tree and grounds maintenance. This could include tasks such as pruning, removing hazardous trees, or inspecting outdoor areas to make sure they remain safe and well-maintained. As part of the policy review , we want to understand if our communication is clear, customers feel well informed and, if any improvements could be made. Your feedback will help us in doing this.
