Wirral’s largest affordable housing provider, Magenta Living, has appointed Ged Lucas as the new Chair of its Board. 

Magenta Living has housed 10 Housing First customers and achieved a 100% tenancy sustainability rate so far. In comparison with other landlords, very few had managed to achieve the sustainability rate, this is a fantastic achievement for Magenta Living. This week, three more Housing First customers will view their potential new properties with us and hopefully begin to rebuild their lives in their new home with the intensive, specialist support that they need. 

Luke Turner, Apprentice Joiner at Magenta Living, has been announced as a finalist in the prestigious WorldSkills UK competition. 

Magenta Living has made the final shortlist for the Health and Wellbeing Award in the Investors in People (IiP) Awards 2021.

Magenta Living and Penny Lane Builders have been helping Meadowside School prepare their premises, ready for their new sensory garden, which will be officially opened later this month.
