Magenta Living recognised once again with Customer Service Excellence accreditation!

Magenta Living has once again been recognised in achieving the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) accreditation against the standards set by The Centre for Assessment, in accordance with the requirements of the Cabinet Office’s Customer Service Excellence Standard.

The CSE quality mark aims to make a real difference to service users by encouraging organisations to focus on their individual needs and preferences. The five criteria of Customer Service Excellence that we were assessed against are: Customer Insight; The Culture of the Organisation; Information and Access; Delivery and Timeliness and Quality of Service.

Housing partnership re-invests funds to deliver new social rent homes and health and well-being initiatives

Bamboo, a local letting and sales agent, was established in 2016 as a joint venture between housing associations Torus and Magenta Living. Bamboo was set up as a commercial entity, allowing its parent organisations to generate a surplus to be used solely to reinvest back into the communities they both serve.

Volunteers provide free school meals to Moreton families

During the week leading up to half-term, 340 free food hampers and 170 activity packs have been successfully delivered to families in need within the Moreton area. Moira McAdam, a community volunteer at the Sandbrook Community Centre and Kevin Moran, Site Management Officer at Magenta Living’s high-rise Sunningdale block, worked with a local team of volunteers to put together and deliver food packs to each school involved.
