We are thrilled to say that we are one of only 17 landlords in the UK that have formally obtained Silver accreditation and that we have achieved this in our first year of application!

During the week leading up to half-term, 340 free food hampers and 170 activity packs have been successfully delivered to families in need within the Moreton area. Moira McAdam, a community volunteer at the Sandbrook Community Centre and Kevin Moran, Site Management Officer at Magenta Living’s high-rise Sunningdale block, worked with a local team of volunteers to put together and deliver food packs to each school involved.

Following government announcement on Monday 4th January, a national lockdown is now in effect. From Tuesday 5 January 2021 you must stay at home and follow the national lockdown restrictions.

Anwyl Partnerships, specialists in the provision of residential land and build developments, has commenced work at Halton Court, a 119-unit residential scheme in Runcorn under a £14.3m contract in partnership with Magenta Living and Onward Homes.

Symptom-free testing will begin in Wirral on Monday 7 December (today) to help stop the spread of Covid-19 this winter.

Testing will be available at four testing centres across the Borough and will enable thousands of residents without symptoms to get tested so that we can support them to isolate before they develop symptoms and reduce the spread of the virus.
