‘Refresh’ is an award winning partnership between Magenta Living, Wirral Council and Wirral Environmental Network (WEN).

Magenta Living tenants Muriel Wilkinson and Gill Foley, seized a unique opportunity to tell Alok Sharma, Minister of State for Housing and Planning, why social housing should be a key part of the Government’s strategy going forward.

MyMagenta is the new name for Magenta Living’s tenant login area on our website and by setting up your account, you will be able to access information in one secure place at a time that suits you.

Over 120 colleagues, including Board members, friends and family came together for fish and chips, ice cream and games on the beach at West Kirby, Wirral which included a walk over to Hilbre Island, to cement the new partnership and celebrate the launch.

This EWI information was sent out earlier this week to all residents with external wall insulation added to their homes.

Following the recent tragedy caused by the fire at Grenfell Tower, Hotpoint have issued an important message. 

EWI is not the same ‘cladding’ that was installed at Grenfell Tower, the scene of the recent tragic fire in London. That particular high rise block was fitted with Rain Screen “ACM” or Aluminium Composite Material panels. It is these ACM panels that all the recent publicity and concern has centred on.
