We’re supporting Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Awareness Week 2025

Keeping our communities safe and making sure everyone feels safe and secure in their home is a key priority of us.
At Magenta Living, we take anti-social behaviour (ASB) extremely seriously and that's why we're supporting ASB Awareness Week. The theme for this year's campaign is #MakingCommunitiesSafer.
The nationwide campaign runs from Monday 30th June to Sunday 6th July 2025.
To find out more about how we're empowering and supporting our customers, watch our short case study video which explains ASB impacts our customers and the importance of addressing it.

The campaign aims to:
- Raise Awareness: Highlight the impact of ASB on individuals and communities, and the importance of addressing it.
- Empower Customers: Ensure that our customers feel supported and know how to report ASB.
- Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with partner agencies such as local authorities, police, and community groups to tackle ASB effectively.
- Promote Community Safety: Focus on creating safer communities by addressing ASB issues head-on. Share success stories and case studies to demonstrate the positive impact of community efforts.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Involve stakeholders in the campaign, including customers, colleagues and partner organisations. Encourage active participation and feedback to strengthen the response to ASB.
We collaborate with Merseyside Police and other partners to create stronger, safer and more resilient communities. We are a partner in EVOLVE, which is a multi-agency partnership working in areas most affected by serious and organised crime.
Empowering people is our purpose, and we want to ensure that everyone feels supported especially if you are directly impacted by ASB or witness any form of ASB. It's important that you report any issues to us no matter what it is. You can report incidents anonymously to us and we'll support you through the process.
If you are experiencing any incidents of ASB, please contact us as soon as you can. To find out more about reporting ASB, visit our website page here.
