We've been shortlisted for the AICO Community Awards
We're delighted to announce that Magenta Living has been shortlisted for Resident Engagement at the national AICO Community Awards. This nomination recognises the brilliant advocacy of our Magenta Customer and Communities Committee (MCCC) on behalf of our customers. This is a proud moment for everyone involved, especially our members who give their time, insight and energy to help us improve services and support our communities.
MCCC is made up of customers from all walks of life who bring their lived experience, ideas and challenge. Their work helps shape important decisions, inspires better services and strengthens the connection between Magenta and the people who live in our homes.
From scrutinising services and championing customer voices, to supporting community projects and helping shape our future plans, their impact reaches across the whole organisation.
Sean Yewdale, Chair of Magenta Customer and Communities Committee said: "We are really proud to be shortlisted for this award. MCCC is all about listening, learning and working together to make things better for our communities. Every member brings something different, and that's what makes us strong. To know that this work is being recognised means a great deal to all of us. We do it because we care about our neighbours and want to help shape services that truly work for people."
Being shortlisted by AICO shows just how powerful this this level of resident engagement is.
