You Said, We Did – Strengthening Our ASB Policy Through Your Feedback
At Magenta Living, your voice shapes the way we work. Recently, more than 80 customers took part in a Magenta Voice survey and phone interviews to share their thoughts on our Anti-social Behaviour (ASB) Policy and service. Thank you to everyone who got involved. Your feedback has helped us improve how we support you and your community.
Here's what you told us, and the changes we've made.
Awareness of ASB
- 95% of customers are familiar with the term ASB
- 84% know that Magenta has an ASB Policy
- 42% feel familiar with the details of the policy
You Said: 'More communication and guidance on how to report anti-social behaviour'
You told us you wanted clearer information on how to report ASB and easier ways to find support.
We Did: Clearer Communication and Support
We reviewed and improved our website, adding a dedicated section on how to report ASB right from the home page. We've also added more details about support services and refreshed information following a review by ASB Help, an accredited awarding body.

You Said: 'Listen to my concerns more' and 'More experienced staff'
You also told us you want us to listen more closely, take your concerns seriously and ensure staff feel confident and experienced when supporting ASB cases.
We Did: Improved Training and Staff Knowledge
Our Neighbourhood Housing and Community Safety Officers have completed Managing Difficult Conversations training. This included more in depth learning on empathy and how to hold sensitive conversations.
We also met with Stop Hate UK to explore a partnership that will introduce new training focused on Hate Crime and understanding the impact on victims.

Stronger ASB Services and Updated Policy
Based on your feedback, we have strengthened our ASB Policy and updated our services to make sure support is easier to find, communication is clearer and our teams are even better equipped to help.
