Magenta Living has recently signed up to HomeSwapper – the UK’s leading “mutual exchange” service for social housing which means our customers can sign up and use the service for FREE!
A “mutual exchange” is when two or more housing association or council tenants – anywhere in the country - decide to swap homes legally.
This can be really beneficial to you for lots of reasons – you may want a bigger or smaller home as your needs change, or you may want to relocate to another part of the country.
To sign up, go to the HomeSwapper website and create an account. Once you register, you can search both locally and across the whole country to see if anyone is interested in doing a mutual exchange with you.

If you are eligible, the rest of the process will be handled through our Neighbourhood Management team in the usual way.
