Silver SHIFT Accreditation! #MagentaClimateVision
As part of our Magenta Climate Vision, Magenta Living is working with SUSS Housing, the accreditation body of the housing sectors sustainability standard accreditation; SHIFT (Sustainable Homes Index For Tomorrow). This accreditation utilises metrics to show our current environmental performance against long-term science-based targets for our sector.
The accreditation return was inclusive of our existing homes, new developments, supply chain, offices/operations and strategic leadership. We are thrilled to say that we are one of only 17 landlords in the UK that have formally obtained Silver accreditation and that we have achieved this in our first year of application!
Thank you to all teams and individuals involved across Magenta Living who made this a success in our first year. We look forward to increasing our sustainability efforts, in line with our Magenta Climate Vision.
