As the festive season approaches, we want to thank you for being part of our community.

Here's everything you need to know about our services over Christmas and New Year - delivered with a little extra Magenta cheer!

Our Holiday Opening Times:

Partnership Building: Our Customer Hub will close at 2pm on Wednesday, 24th December 2025, and re-open at 9am on Friday, 2nd January 2026.

Emergency Repairs: If you need urgent help between 2pm on 24th December and 7am on 27th December, please call us on 0808 100 9596 - our out-of-hours team will be here for emergency repairs.

Non-Emergency Repairs: You can still report non-emergency repairs anytime through MyMagenta, our customer portal - www.magentaliving.org.uk/mymagenta-info

Anti-Social Behaviour: To report incidents visit www.magentaliving.org.uk/asb - if you feel unsafe or it's an emergency, please contact the police first by calling 999. If you need us, we're here to help. Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and a happy New Year!
