Magenta Living understands how important it is to engage with our customers and to gather feedback on a regular basis, about the services that we provide to you.
We are working with two partner agencies called Maru and PFA Research, both who are specialists in collecting feedback. You may be contacted by Maru or PFA Research over the coming weeks, either by email or telephone asking you to take part in a survey on our behalf. The survey will also contain questions from the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures which have been developed by the Regulator of Social Housing. These measures will be used by all housing associations to report on satisfaction with services they provide to their customers and communities. We will then review the survey results, and these will help us continually improve the services that we provide to you based on the findings. All responses are completely confidential and anonymous.
