I hereby agree and give my permission that any photographs / film footage can be used by Magenta Living and that the photographs / film footage can be published either in whole or as an edited version in a variety of Magenta Living’s publicity materials and digital channels only be used by Magenta Living.
In terms of Magenta Living publicity materials and digital channels, these include any of the following, this list is not exhaustive: newsletters, brochures, printed materials such as flyers, posters, postcards, exhibition materials, large format graphics, annual reports or relevant corporate documents, internal channels, social media channels, website and press articles.
I understand that Magenta Living will make reasonable efforts to ensure that these materials will not be published in an inappropriate or insensitive manner. I also understand that I am entitled to see, upon request, a copy of any publication in which materials obtained from myself are used. Magenta Living will endeavour to arrange this as soon as possible following a written request.
